Ladies Operating Very Effectively (L.O.V.E.) is an organization created to empower young women to become socially responsible, economically powerful and financially successful by equipping them with life skills necessary to become thriving members of society. Through collaboration with other like-minded organizations, mentoring programs, workshops and seminars, L.O.V.E. has impacted the lives of hundreds of women and girls in the areas of finance, relationships, health/wellness and career development.

MEET DIANNE

Dianne Shorté has developed and mentored hundreds of women through workshops and seminars in the areas of career, finance, health and wellness, and life skills training. She is the author of “L.O.V.E. Ladies Operating Very Effectively, Finding the Power to Change Your World.”
Her pragmatic and energetic coaching style is both refreshing and effective. Dianne began her entertainment career by receiving a Teen Model of the Year award and has held other titles including Miss Positivity - Miss Black America, Miss East Palo Alto, and Miss Kool-KDIA.
She has been happily married for 10 years, to writer and director, Dino Shorté, and has three adult children and four grandchildren. Dianne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from Antioch University.
